Do you think the Duke lacrosse players should be awarded in their $30 million lawsuit?
I think they should, maybe not the entire $30 million, but there lives were ruined and reputation tarnished, so they do have a legitimate case. All for the sorry D.A. Nifong to cash in on some votes. I think Nifong should be forced to pay the settlement, and if he can’t pay, then he sits in a jail cell until he’s able. Maybe he’ll think twice before ruining peoples lives to help win the next election.
I also believe that the slutty stripper who falsely accused these guys should be punished severely as well. She wasted a lot of tax payer money while parading around like a victim. She should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. If she is, maybe it will deter the next flase accusation.
Are these the boys that were accused of raping the stripper?
If it is, then I think it is fair. What happened to them was horrible and women should have harsher penalties for making false accusations.
