anybody know about whiplash settlements?
I got hit from behind and he admitted fault immediately to his own insurance. Anyone have any info on what my settlement might be? They’ve made an initial offer of $3300.
What are your medical expenses, if any? Actual amount of damage to your car? Do you have a clean bill of health? Any settlement should cover all of your medical expenses (including those paid by insurance unless he settles with them separately), full repairs to your vehicle, plus at least 15%
