How much can one expect from a New Jersey workers comp. lawsuit settlement with 7 surgeries?
I was injured at work, had 7 surgeries in the past 2 years. I was finally released to go back to work, and was layed-off due to my permanent disabilities relating to my on the job injury. I filed a workers comp lawsuit over a year ago, and I am waiting for the settlement to take place.
It really depends on the body part and whats the current status of the claim. Has it been accepted or denied? What is the current work restrictions, how much were you paid? What was your job duties? Have you injured the same body part before? How old are you? Do you have other work comp claims before?
